During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Sue Webber will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 3. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Detective Chief Inspector Craig Chisholm, Police Scotland. 4. Committee Adviser: The Committee will consider a list of candidates for the post of adviser in connection with its inquiry into Committee Effectiveness. 5. ‘A Parliament for All’: Report of the Parliament’s Gender Sensitive Audit: The Committee will give further consideration to recommendations in the Gender Sensitive Audit report.
