Pre-budget scrutiny 2025-26: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013: The Committee will consider a draft report. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its future work programme. 6. Tobacco and Vapes Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of a proposed legislative consent memorandum.
