Pre-budget scrutiny 2025-26: Managing Scotland's Public Finances: A Strategic Approach: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from— Allan Faulds, Senior Policy Officer, Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE); Alice Telfer, Head of Business Policy and Public Sector, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland; Euan Lochhead, Architect, Retrofit Coordinator, North East Scotland Retrofit Hub; Lewis Ryder-Jones, Advocacy Advisor, Oxfam Scotland; Michael Kellet, Director of Strategy, Governance and Performance, Public Health Scotland; David Melhuish, Director, Scottish Property Federation; Heather Williams, Training Lead, Scottish Women's Budget Group, Women's Economic Empowerment Project. 2. National Performance Framework: Inquiry into proposed National Outcomes: The Committee will take evidence from— Sarah Davidson, Chief Executive, Carnegie UK; Dr Max French, Assistant Professor, Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University; Dr Alison Hosie, Research Officer, Scottish Human Rights Commission; Lukas Bunse, Policy and Engagement Lead, Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland. 3. Proposed Contingent Liability (In Private): The Committee will further consider the evidence received on a proposed Contingent Liability. 4. Work programme (In Private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
