1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence (LDAN) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Susan Burt, member representative, and Gregor Hardie, member representative, People First (Scotland); Jamie Cooke, Head of Policy, Enable; Suzi Martin, External Affairs Manager, National Autistic Society Scotland; Jenny Miller, Chief Executive, PAMIS - Promoting a more inclusive society; Joe Long, Director of Practice and Innovation, Scottish Autism; Dr Simon Webster, Chief Executive, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities. 3. Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence (LDAN) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 2. 4. Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Lord President of the Court of Session.
