Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Sheriff Court Fees Order 2024 (SSI 2024/235) Social Security (Genuine and Sufficient Link to the United Kingdom) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/241) Bus Services Improvement Partnerships (Multi-operator Travel Cards) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/243) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/242 (C.20)) 5. Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Work of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee 2023-24: The Committee will consider a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2023-24. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
