1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Criminal Legal Aid and Assistance by Way of Representation (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 (SSI 2026/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/390) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Scottish Parliament Elections (Returning Officer Fees and Charges) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/394) 5. UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 6. Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. 7. Quarterly report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 9 September to 17 November 2025.
