1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Policing and mental health: The Committee will take evidence from— David Threadgold, Chair, Scottish Police Federation; Superintendent Suzanne Smith, Vice President, Association of Scottish Police Superintendents; David Malcolm, Branch Secretary, Unison Police Staff Scotland Branch; and then from— Chief Constable Jo Farrell, Deputy Chief Constable Alan Speirs, Professionalism, Strategy and Engagement, and Katy Miller, Director of People and Development, Police Scotland; and then from— Fiona McQueen, Vice Chair, Lynn Brown, Chief Executive, and Alasdair Hay, Board Member, Scottish Police Authority. 3. Policing and mental health: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Work programme (In Private) (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
